1. The service
Nestlings provides childcare management software for daycare centers and day homes ("Providers") and a companion experience for parents and guardians ("Families"). Providers subscribe to a paid plan after a 30-day free trial; Families use Nestlings at no cost.
2. Accounts & responsibilities
Providers are responsible for the accuracy of program records, for obtaining any consents required by their licensing body, and for managing staff access. You must keep your credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Plans are billed monthly in Canadian dollars via Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the billing period. Family invoice payments are processed between the Provider and the Family — Nestlings is not a party to those transactions.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Nestlings to store unlawful content, to harass others, or to violate the privacy of children or families. We may suspend accounts that put children's data at risk.
5. Data
Program data belongs to the Provider. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Upon account deletion we remove personal data as described there.
6. Liability
Nestlings is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding a claim. Nestlings is a record-keeping tool and does not replace your regulatory or supervision obligations.
